We finished shipping SuperStraps on Wednesday! That means you're just days away from receiving your reward if you haven't received it yet (you can grab your tracking # in BackerKit if you missed your shipping email: https://superstraps-protect-relieve-your-back-and-neck.backerkit.com/backer/)—and our 35,000th crowdfunded product that has shipped on time!
Now the fun part: wearing your SuperStraps!!!
Like a pair of really great shoes, SuperStraps takes some time to break in and conform to your body. In our testing, we found it to take 2-7 days. While you won't get weird blisters on your feet, this isn't the fun part. But it's worth it.
Our instructions hit a snag, but here's what you need to know:
Put your backpack on and place your right SuperStrap on your right backpack strap. Repeat on the left.
The zippers will face each other on the inside of your chest.
On any given day—depending on how much weight is in your backpack, how tight your straps are, what clothes you're wearing, etc.—you'll love wearing SuperStraps higher up or lower down on your shoulders. Adjust until you find the sweet spot.

1. We will be shipping packages now through November 16th. We have 1,300 packages to prepare and ship. We are working as fast as possible to get them all out the door and into your hands. We won't be able to respond to individual Qs about when in the 8 day window your package will ship, but know that at the latest it's next Friday.
2. Some packages will have tracking numbers while others will not. We’ve optimized shipping routes and carriers to get them to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately tracking information is not available for all shipping methods. You’ll get an email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse, and it will have any tracking info available.

Survey Details
If this is your first Indiegogo: how exciting!! Indiegogo doesn't provide your shipping information to us; now's your chance to share it. Over the next few days, you'll be receiving an email from BackerKit, the super deluxe Indiegogo survey software that will help us speed up shipping and get complicated pledges sorted out. Here are the details:
Your personal survey will be sent to the email address you use to log in to Indiegogo. Note: If you use Facebook to log in to your Indiegogo account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to your Facebook email.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
You're able to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information anytime before we lock the surveys down (around September 15th). To make a change, just click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" here: http://bit.ly/2wMEFAE (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
